This berry parfait just hits. With vibrant and colorful blend of fresh berries, infused cream and lemon- makes for a perfect treat!

Berry parfait: serves 2 - 4

1 cup of chopped strawberries

1 cup of raspberries

2 cups of infused cream

Juice from half of a lemon

Directions:

Combine raspberries in a medium sized bowl and add powder sugar and lemon. Mix together and serve into dessert plates.

Whip infused cream. Add as topping to the fruit

 

If you're a cheese lover, then you're in for a treat with this whipped brie recipe. This creamy and indulgent dish is perfect for any occasion. With a rich and velvety texture, this is the perfect addition to any charcuterie board or as a spread for your favorite bread or crackers.

Whipped Brie Dip

2lbs of Brie cheese

1 tablespoon of Infused olive oil

2 Seasonal citrus

Chopped walnut

Directions: serves 4-6

Chop Brie cheese into small cubes.

In a standing mixer, whip Brie cheese until smooth consistency.

Serve on a platter and top with chopped walnuts and sliced oranges and or blood oranges.

Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of infused oil and serve with crackers, raw veggies and or bread

 

This tuna tartare is sure to hit the spot! Made with fresh, sushi-grade tuna and a blend of aromatic herbs and spices, this dish is the perfect combination of sweet, savory & spicy.

Tuna tartare serves 2-3

Spicy mayo

2 tablespoons of mayo

1 teaspoon of sriracha

Juice from 1 lemon

Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients above and set aside. Can be used as a topping.

1lb of tuna fuller

2 teaspoon of ground ginger

2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Juice from 2 limes

1 tablespoon of infused sesame oil

Directions:

Cut tuna into small cubes. And marinate with the ginger, soy sauce, lime juice and sesame oil. Marinate for 5-20 minutes.

Serve with rice, rice cakes and or avocado
